Windshield Installer / Auto Glass Technician

About Us

D.I.B Automotive Group is a growing multi-location auto service group serving the greater Houston area with repair, collision, transmission, and detailing services. We're hiring an experienced Windshield Technician to deliver clean, safe, leak-free windshield replacements and repairs our customers can trust.

What You'll Do

  • Remove and replace windshields on cars, trucks, and SUVs
  • Perform windshield chip and crack repairs
  • Cut out old urethane, prep pinch welds, and set glass to OEM standards
  • Handle ADAS-equipped vehicles and coordinate/perform calibrations where required
  • Inspect finished work for leaks, wind noise, and proper bonding
  • Advise customers on repair vs. replacement and manage safe drive-away times
  • Keep tools, urethane supplies, and windshield inventory clean and organized

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in windshield replacement and repair
  • Familiarity with urethane systems, safe drive-away times, and proper cure procedures
  • Knowledge of ADAS calibration requirements a strong plus
  • Sharp eye for detail — no leaks, no wind noise, clean moldings
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a steady flow of vehicles
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
