Customer Service & Communication

• Ability to educate customers on products and services

Sales

• Sales and upselling experience
• Ability to recommend the right wash packages and detail services
• Membership sales experience (or willingness to learn)
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets
• Comfortable handling customer objections

Operations & Systems

• Cash handling and basic POS system experience
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy

Work Ethic & Reliability

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Time management and organizational skills

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Previous retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience is a plus
