D.I.B Automotive Group is growing rapidly with 7 established locations across Houston. We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can handle a busy workflow, build trust with customers, and consistently drive revenue through strong service recommendations.

This is a performance-driven role with real earning potential. Our top advisors are earning well into six figures due to strong car count, team support, and steady demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify service needs
• Present repair recommendations, timelines, and pricing clearly and confidently
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain detailed service records and estimates
• Follow up with customers to drive retention and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in automotive service or as a Service Advisor
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of repair processes
• Proven ability to communicate and sell services effectively
• Experience with diesel and brake systems is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
